Every project includes one free initial script with creative direction and storyboard outline. Production begins only after the client confirms the script. If the client provides their own script, the complimentary script can be kept as a backup for future use.

• Basic: 1 round

• Standard: 2 rounds

• Pro & Premium: 3 rounds

Note: One round of revision means one consolidated feedback session – not multiple back‑and‑forth communications on individual items. Please gather all change requests into a single feedback submission per round.

Production typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on project complexity. A rush order is available for an additional fee (see our expedite charges).

Clients must provide the necessary assets according to our checklist, including but not limited to:

• Brand identity assets (logo, brand colours, fonts, etc.)

• Product images / video footage

• Brand copy / key selling points

• Reference videos (if you have a preferred style)

1. 50% deposit upon signing

2. We deliver a preview version

3. Client reviews and approves

4. Upon approval, pay the remaining 50%

5. Final delivery of the finished video

• Before production starts (script not yet confirmed): Full refund available.

• After script confirmation and production has begun: The deposit (first 50%) is non‑refundable.

• After final video delivery: No refunds are supported.
